Orders
1. Click 'add to cart' button
2. Click the Shopping cart at the top right of your screen and select 'View cart' to check your order or click 'Check out' to skip this step
3. Fill in your details and choose your preferred payment method
4. Once your payment has been completed you will see the confirmation on the screen and you will receive a confirmation email with your order number shortly after
You can leave your email address on the product page of your desired item and we will notify you when the item is back in stock.
This doesn't reserve the item for you, so when you receive an email, you still have to go to our shop and buy it.
When the order is send to you, you will receive an email with the track & trace code for your order
If the order hasn't been shipped, you can modify it. Please send us an e-mail: info@etikl.com
If your order hasn't been shipped, the order can be cancelled by sending us an email: info@etikl.com
You can download the invoice in your account under the 'orders' tab
Delivery
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the track & trace code

- To your office
- To a collect point
We ship your order the next work day. The arrival depends on your location. You can check your track & trace code
Belgium: 4,95 euros
Netherlands: 5,95 euros
Other Countries in Europe: 7,95 euros
We don't ship outside of Europe

Yes, we use the Mollie payment system which is very safe

Returns & Refunds
Fill in the return form: https://etikl.com/return-form/ prior to sending your order back
Once we received the item, we will check if the item is:
- not used
- not damaged
- in its original packaging
No, returns are paid by the customer
Please send us an email with photos and description what is damaged at info@etikl.com and we will process it as soon as possible
Products that can get spoiled or are custom made can not be returned
You have 14 days to return the item
Yes, if the item is not damaged and in its original packaging, you get refunded via the same method you paid
My Account
No, but it is easier because you can find your order history, invoices, etc. in your account
Go to https://etikl.com/my-account/ and fill in your details and an account will be made for you
Go to https://etikl.com/my-account and fill in your login details
Yes, you can change them under the 'Account Details' in your account
Go to the 'Account details' tab in your account and at the bottom you can change your password
If you have forgotten your password, just click 'Lost your password', fill in your email address or username and you will receive an email to change your password
