This doesn't reserve the item for you, so when you receive an email, you still have to go to our shop and buy it.

When the order is send to you, you will receive an email with the track & trace code for your order

Returns & Refunds

Fill in the return form: prior to sending your order back

Once we received the item, we will check if the item is:

  • not used
  • not damaged
  • in its original packaging


No, returns are paid by the customer

Please send us an email with photos and description what is damaged at and we will process it as soon as possible

Products that can get spoiled or are custom made can not be returned

You have 14 days to return the item

Yes, if the item is not damaged and in its original packaging, you get refunded via the same method you paid
